Mother's Day - with our first video

Mother's Day was great this year. I have been needing a new diaper bag/purse and Q went all over town looking for the perfect one to surprise me. It was so sweet. Also, he didn't have his church meetings on Sunday morning so we got to go together and start the day off nicely.

We went over to the Buxtons for dinner. Ruth had signed up to feed the missionaries so it ended up being quite the crowd, but the boys took care of everything. Q, of course, did an amazing job with the food. It was a wonderful day full of pampering.

Here's our first attempt at including video to our blog. It's from our camera, not camcorder so it may be a big grainy and without sound, but it's a start. It's the girls showing us their dance moves at the Buxtons. You don't see much of L's face, but it was so funny how she suddenly decided that Laura needed some dressing up as well.

My parents gave me an incredible Mother's Day present this year. They sent maids to clean our place from top to bottom. It was the most amazing feeling to be falling asleep to the sound of someone else vacuuming my house. It was Dad's idea, and it couldn't have been a more thoughtful gift. THANKS -- sure love ya!!!
